Aurence follows a considered production model, and certain products are made to order.

When you place an order for a made-to-order product, production may begin specifically for your order. For this reason, orders may require additional time before they are dispatched.

The estimated production and delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We may experience delays due to production requirements, fabric availability, quality checks, shipping, customs, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for production or dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • There is an error in product information or pricing.

  • We are unable to process the payment.

  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

  • The order cannot be fulfilled for operational or legal reasons.

  • The customer has violated these Terms & Conditions or another Aurence policy.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original or appropriate payment method.

7. Pricing and Payment

All product prices displayed on our website are stated in the applicable currency shown at checkout.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. However, changes made after an order has been placed will not affect the price confirmed for that order, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Aurence does not store your complete debit or credit card details on its own systems.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment for your order.

8. Taxes, Duties and International Orders

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may legally be imported into their country.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders from India.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided on our website and may vary depending on the destination and the production requirements of the product.

For made-to-order products, the order must first be produced and prepared for dispatch before shipping begins.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and the destination country's customs procedures, where applicable.

Aurence is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs delays, carrier delays, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Because Aurence follows a made-to-order and considered production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer wishes to keep the product, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, measurements, fit information, and size guide before placing an order.

Where a garment has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.

If the issue is determined to be a genuine manufacturing defect, Aurence may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Normal characteristics of fabrics, minor variations resulting from production, or differences that are consistent with the product description will not necessarily be considered defects.

11. Customization

Certain Aurence products may be available for customization where specifically offered on the product page.

Customization requests must be approved by Aurence before production.

Customized garments may be subject to different return, exchange, or refund conditions because they are produced according to individual customer requirements.

Where a customization option is offered, the customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and information.

Aurence is not responsible for fit issues resulting from measurements or information incorrectly provided by the customer.

12. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, Aurence may offer promotions, discounts, promotional codes, or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotional codes must be used at the time of purchase.

  • Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

This includes reproducing designs through third-party manufacturers or using our product images or designs to promote products that are not supplied by Aurence.

If you submit content to Aurence, including photographs, reviews, comments, testimonials, or other material, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it.

  • The content does not infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.

  • The content is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or harmful.

  • The content does not contain malicious software or other harmful material.
