This considered approach allows us to focus on quality and craftsmanship while avoiding unnecessary production and waste. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, size, fit, colour, or personal preference.

Exchanges will only be accepted in the rare event that the garment has a manufacturing defect. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch, but if you receive an item with a defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Once the defect has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange an exchange for the same garment, subject to availability. Please note that items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, damage, or improper care will not be eligible for an exchange. We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order to help you select the best fit.
